F. Bruce Cohen is the Chief Operating Officer of United Therapies, LLC. He focuses on United Therapies' strategic planning and initiatives, day-to-day operations and management including financial management, as well as business development strategies. Bruce joined United Therapies in March 2003 and served as its Chief Financial Officer until August 2010. Prior to joining United Therapies, Bruce was a lawyer in Chicago focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate issues.
Bruce is a founder and director of the non-profit Knock Foundation, which operates an orphanage in Tanzania and builds schools and conducts medical missions throughout Africa. Bruce serves on the Board of Directors of Camp Ramah in Wisconsin and the Council of Urologic Interests and is a member of the Alumni Council of Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
Bruce received a J.D. from Boston College Law School, an M.P.A. from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. |

Julie Grego / Senior Vice President-Compliance Officer

Julie Grego is Senior Vice President-Compliance Officer responsible
for overseeing United’s corporate compliance plan activities and human
resource management. She is primarily responsible for the leadership
and oversight of United’s compliance program which includes policy
development and implementation, training, and on-going monitoring and evaluation. She provides strategic compliance direction to senior
management and leadership to ensure compliance within the healthcare
regulatory environment. Prior to this position, Julie held the
position of Chief Operating Officer for twenty one years growing the
company from a single site of service to a nationally recognized
mobile service provider. She was responsible for all areas of
operational and financial management. Her prior experience with a
large managed care provider was in the area of provider contracting
and network development.
Julie is an active member of Health Care Compliance Association. She
holds a current Illinois teaching certificate and began her career as
a high school Health Education instructor. She has always had a keen
interest in health awareness and disease prevention. She enjoys
traveling, gardening, and practicing yoga.
Julie received her M.S. in Health Systems Management from Rush
University and her B.S. summa cum laude in Health & Safety Education
from University of Illinois-Champaign Urbana. |

Eva Gehlhaar / Vice President – Finance

Eva Gehlhaar is the Vice President-Finance of United Therapies, LLC. She is responsible for the billing office operations management,
department data analyzing and reporting, co-manages the mobile scheduling department and oversees the contracting department. Eva
joined United Therapies in May, 1997 when it was just a two Center Lithotripsy operation with an office staff of four and participated in
the growth of the company as a national mobile service provider with a billing office staff of 40 at its peak.
Eva began her career at Lutheran General Hospital business office prior to joining the United Therapies management team.
Eva is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She enjoys all traveling, but mainly planning, mapping and scheduling International travel driving trips with friends. |

Patti Murphy / Vice President – Operations

Patti Murphy is the Vice President of Operations of United Therapies, LLC. She oversees the operational management and financial performance of United Therapies Clinical Operations which includes 4 fixed sites in Illinois, 1 fixed site in New York along with mobile operations (Lithotripsy, Laser, Podiatry) in 13 States. In addition, she co-manages the mobile scheduling department and acts as United Therapies HIPAA Privacy Officer. Patti joined United Therapies in April 1999.
Patti is a native of Michigan where she met her husband while attending the University of Michigan. They moved to the Chicagoland area in 1977 where she has worked as an ICU nurse before moving up to Administration. Patti and her husband both enjoy traveling with friends and family. |

Cliff Norris / Director of Business Development

Cliff Norris has been the Director of Business Development for United Therapies since he joined the organization in 2004. He manages the sales and marketing efforts at United Therapies and spearheads the search for new products and services. Additionally, he is charged with growing the territories in which United provides it services. Prior to joining United Therapies, Cliff worked as a financial consultant and then purchased a business out of bankruptcy. He ran the business, turned it around and eventually sold it to the largest provider of building products in Chicagoland.
Cliff received an MBA in Finance from DePaul University in Chicago and a B. S. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Cliff lives in Chicago with his wife and four children. |

Jim Snelson /
Director of Contracting

Jim Snelson is Director of Contracting and is responsible for overseeing all of United Therapies payor contracting and site of service contracting activities. He is primarily responsible for analyzing, negotiating contractual language, negotiating reimbursement and payment terms, implementing and administering all contracts. In addition to his contracting responsibilities, Jim is also a UT Lean facilitator for process improvement events as part of United Therapies "UT Lean" corporate initiative.
Jim has nearly 20 years contracting and account management experience. Prior to his position with United Therapies, Jim worked for as Director of Payor Relations / National Accounts for the nation's largest cardiac event monitoring provider and has also held various positions with three radiology management start-up companies. In his free time, Jim enjoys real traveling and participating in various sports leagues.
Jim received his B.S. in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Northwest Missouri State University in 1988. |

Oksana Bass / Director of Patient Financial Services

Oksana Bass is the Director of Patient Financial Services and is responsible for oversight of various departments within United Therapies ranging from payment posting to collections. Oksana’s priority is to maximize reimbursement from a provider prospective and at the same time analyze the trends in the market that contribute/impact change for United Therapies. In 2010, Oksana joined a team of UT Lean facilitators that are on the forefront of process improvement within the organization.
Prior to joining United Therapies, Oksana worked as a Director of Operations for a multi-speciality group of clinics. She enjoys family, friends and travel.
Oksana received her B.S. from University of Illinois in Finance and in Information Decision Sciences and recently completed her MBA. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) and is hopeful in pursing her Phd in the near future. |
